Piatkovskyi Volodymyr Mykhailovych – candidate of medical sciences, senior scientific researcher at the Department for Foot Pathology and Complex Prosthetic Treatment of the SI “The Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics by NAMSU”
In 2004, he graduated from the National Medical University with a degree in General Medicine. Since 2006, having passed the internship in orthopedics and traumatology, he has been working at the Department for Foot Pathology and Complex Prosthetic Treatment of the SI “The Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics by NAMSU”. First, he used to be a junior scientific researcher, then in 2021 got the position of a senior scientific researcher.
In 2016, he represented his Ph.D. thesis "Diagnostics and Orthopedic Treatment of Diabetic Foot Osteoarthropathy". Since 2018, he has had the highest qualification category.
Piatkovskyi V.M. focuses on patients with musculoskeletal traumas and their consequences, diabetes mellitus patients with orthopedic complications (osteoarthropathy, trophic ulcers of a foot-supporting surface, etc.).
He is an author and co-author of over 30 publications. He constantly participates in domestic and foreign conferences, symposiums, meetings. He is a member of SE “Pan-Ukrainian Association of Orthopedists-Traumatologists”, SICOT member.
